Currently reading: "Feral Self-Care: 100 Ways to Liberate and Celebrate Your Messy Wild Self", by Mandi Em
I'm "skipping" a more "ways" than previously in the "The Swamp of the Self" portion of the book. A lot of them are either similar to things I've done in therapy or things I don't feel a need to do.

I haven't read from this book since June, but it would be nice to finish it by the end of the year. What a coincidence that there was an interview with Marsha P. Johnson just a few pages past where I stopped reading (since I'm currently also reading Marsha's biography.)
